What do you actually know about making social impact and entrepreneurship?

I have noticed in recent years that the younger generation (Generation Y & Z) is becoming more radical.

- A good example of this is the speech of Greta Thunberg on climate change to the MPs at the Houses of Parliament, in which she stressed the importance of the Paris Agreement against climate change -

It is perhaps for this reason that social entrepreneurship has become increasingly popular in recent years, since it provides a way for young people and students to address real world problems more proactive than before by taking matters in to their own hands and trying to make a change themselves. Through my friend Sonia Keraudren, I became more familiar with Enactus USW, a group of volunteers that addresses social issues and are trying to improve it through various projects. Today’s blog and podcast will therefore be about Enactus.

The Enactus USW team presenting

About Enactus:

Enactus USW is part of an international community of around 70,000 students who have one thing in common: creating change by making the world more social and sustainable. With 37 countries, Enactus is one of the largest and most powerful global networks where students work as volunteers to make a positive social impact. In this way they develop into entrepreneurial and responsible leaders.

"WE BELIEVE INVESTING IN STUDENTS WHO TAKE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTION FOR OTHERS CREATES A BETTER WORLD FOR US ALL."

Podcast:

Since Enactus does a lot, I decided to do an interview podcast with Sonia for the sake of the reading time. Hope you enjoy it, while listening.
